7 Account Closure & Suspension

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request

Users may also request account closure at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed, unless it has been forfeited due to a rule violation.
